DANA MERRITT
Dana has an extreme passion for fitness, food and healthy living! She has a BS in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University, is a Certified Personal Trainer and also teaches cardio-intensive power yoga. Dana has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2007. She's worked in corporate fitness facilities, large commercial gyms and small boutique fitness studios. Dana has also partnered with companies such as Athleta, New Balance and Muscle Milk to host community events in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Dana holds the following certifications in fitness and movement:
Corrective Exercise Specialist
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)

Certified Group Exercise Instructor (SCW)
Buti Yoga Certification
When Dana isn't teaching or training, she's busy with her own workouts. She loves exercising outdoors, participating in local dance classes and swimming. Some of her favorite workouts include: dance, yoga, HIIT, running and strength training. Some of her favorite foods for fuel are Acai bowls topped with fresh fruit, coconut and peanut butter.
